Future Plans
Waterman Cove has plans to expand both the independent and assisted living communities, which may include a new three-story living complex, swimming pool, exercise and outpatient therapy rooms, internet café, and nature trails. Plans are also underway to expand Waterman Cove’s enhanced care services unit in order to serve residents at an even greater level.
